The Company will process an application to the client’s requirement and request and will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided. Apart from specializing in visa services, we facilitate best deals for our customers in booking hotels and tours in UAE. The Company will make all efforts to make your travel experience swift and hassle free.

Service Cancellation and Termination

  • By making payment towards your flight bookings, hotel bookings, e-visa, tour packages or any other service you choose from www.Govisadubai.com, you give us consent to proceed further to process and deliver your required services.
  • By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the Trip Provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the Trip Provider that may apply to your Trip (including the fine print of the Trip Provider made available on our Platform and the relevant house rules of the Trip Provider), including for services rendered and/or products offered by the Trip Provider.
  • Hotel bookings are subject to availability and room prices may vary or change without prior notice.
  • Govisadubai.com reserves the right in an unforeseen event if the originally booked hotel is not available then we shall ensure to get you a booking in the similar category basis availability.
  • www.Govisadubai.com reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of the delivery, without stating any reasons for the same.
  • You may cancel an order within a statutory period of 7 working days if your application is not processed or forwarded to the immigration department. Time period will begin after you receive an email confirmation from www.Govisadubai.com.
  • As soon as you make the payment at www.Govisadubai.com, we will commence the processing of an order immediately. (NOTE: Refund can be possible in the case wherein your application is not processed or not submitted to the immigration for further approval.)
  • Any cancellation on the agreed service delivery which may result because of factors beyond human control, such as the natural calamities, accidents, governmental restrictions or any other event of force majeure. In such events, we shall only refund a partial amount, decisive at our discretion.
  • Therefore, the services will have deemed to have been provided and you will lose the right to cancel your order. Govisadubai.com shall expressly request your permission to do so at the time you submit your order.
  • Insurance is processed and the policy document is published, in that case no cancellation request can be entertained.
  • In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified activity, in the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.
  • Cancellations made seven calendar days prior to the tour date -Refund shall be 95% of the booking amount, if the booking or part of booking falls under cancellation allowed.
  • Cancellation of an order or withdrawal of an application shall levy pre-order processing charge of USD 70.00.
  • Once your application is Approved by the UAE Visa issuing authority, Govisadubai.com is unable to provide a refund and you must comply in accordance with the policy.
  • Application processed or approved at the UAE immigration desk will not get cancelled.
  • However, the Company will not be responsible for any of the following events occurring with the UAE Visa issuing authority.
  • Once the application is submitted and accepted at the UAE immigration department, then the approval or rejection is based on the sole discretion of the department. Company cannot influence or challenge immigration department for the same.
  • Refusal to issue the Visa, Refusal to accept the application, Issuance of an incorrect Visa, Delay in processing the UAE Visa. Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement Visa or refund of all fees paid and the Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  • With your express permission we process the application immediately with the supporting documents. If the immigration asks for additional documents, applicant needs to full fill the requirement, Govisadubai.com will not take any responsibility for the rejection if it occurs due to non-fulfilment of requirement.
  • Govisadubai is only responsible for the services we have mutually agreed upon (Which is getting your e-visa application processed). Once the service is rendered, we are no longer responsible, if due to any reason an applicant is not able to travel.
  • After we process your application and you wish to withdraw it, refund shall be processed only after the standard deduction of $70.00 and in the situation:
    • Application not accepted by the immigration department
    • Application is not yet paid for at the immigration
  • If an applicant wishes to cancel the visa which was approved by the immigration department, there shall be a cancellation fee of $100.00.
  • No refund shall be processed in case of rejection, where in you have already applied in govt system from some other service provider/travel agency.
  • Additional services including RT-PCR, Insurance and Airport transfers are rendered by third party vendors and are all prepaid services. In case of refund there shall be a partial deduction as pre-processing service charge or there can be a possible chance of no refund depending upon the service provider.

Timelines

  • You may cancel an order within a statutory period of 7 working days if your application is not processed or forwarded to the immigration department. Time period will begin after you receive an email confirmation from www.govisadubai.com.
  • Govisadubai.com offers the timeline to process the UAE Visa as anywhere between 48-72 business working hours of the immigration department. There are booking categories basis which visa is processed and the approved visa is sent to the client accordingly/timely.
  • 48-72 is the business working hours of the UAE immigration department and in most of the cases we do get the visa approved in offered timeline.
  • Due to the sudden increase of Covid-19 cases across the globe. There have been instances wherein immigration doesn’t approve e-visa or cancel the approved e-visa for a particular national without prior notification. Therefore, no refund shall be entertained by Govisadubai.com on such cases with effect from February 1, 2020 until further notice.
  • There could be a possibility of visa getting delayed due to additional documents required by the immigration after the application is processed

Shipping Policy

  • Govisadubai uses standard digitally managed email platform to deliver services/packages/visa/flights etc client opts for. We can complete the service delivery of the requested service by other digitally managed platforms like WhatsApp.
  • We strongly encourage and recommend our clients to provide accurate contact details and to double check these details while filing up an application form.
  • No claim shall be entertained which is made by the customer on the non-delivery of the particular or requested service via email.

Refund Policy

  • No refund shall be processed once your application is approved by the UAE Visa issuing authority (i.e. Visa is published), you must comply in accordance with the policy.
  • Refusal to issue the Visa, Refusal to accept the application, Issuance of an incorrect Visa, Delay in processing the UAE Visa. Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement Visa or refund of all fees paid and the Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to lost profits/income, lost airfares.
  • After we process your application, which is not yet accepted by the immigration department or is not yet paid at the immigration, there shall be a standard deduction charge of $70.00 if you wish to withdraw the application.
  • Any visa which is approved, and an applicant wishes to cancel this one there is a cancellation fee to be paid to the immigration department and for getting it cancelled we charge a service fee of $100.00.
  • Additional services including RT-PCR, Insurance and Airport transfers are rendered by third party vendors and are all prepaid services. In case of refund there shall be a standard deduction or there can be a possible chance of no refund depending upon the service provider T&C.

  • Due to Covid-19 pandemic across the globe. There have been instances wherein immigration doesn’t approve e-visa or cancel the approved e-visa for a particular national without prior notification. Therefore, no refund shall be entertained by Govisadubai.com on such cases with effect from February 1, 2020 till the further notice.
  • In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified event/activity, in the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.
  • You may receive refunds in cases where Govisadubai.com is unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.
  • Usually the refund is processed immediately as the order is cancelled. However, it may take 2 weeks for the customer to receive the money into the account which is used initially to place an order.

Availability & Pricing

    • www.Govisadubai.com is not responsible in the event you fail to receive your Visa, or any other service requested by you. Govisadubai.com does not guarantee in any way that your application will be approved by the UAE Visa issuing authority. Our service is deemed fulfilled once Govisadubai.com has checked your online submission and submitted your application to the UAE Visa issuing authority.
    • Every applicant is responsible for fulfilling any requirements stated by the UAE Government and once your visa is approved we would need to ensure that Hotel/Lodging, Flight and Emergency contact details are on file with us.
    • Govisadubai.com will not accept responsibility if an applicant is not eligible for the services requested, for incorrect/incomplete information provided by the applicant, for failure to provide supporting documents as and when required, or for any similar errors in relation to the UAE Visa application.
    • Please ensure the list of key documents are completed and carried by the time applicant travel
      • Health Declaration form
      • Quarantine Undertaking
      • Copy of PCR test issued 96 hours prior to date of departure
      • Health insurance valid till your visa duration
    • As soon as the application is processed to the immigration, fee for the visa is applicable and debited from the merchant account.
    • www.Govisadubai.com does not issue Travel Insurance and is dependent on a third party for the fulfilment of Travel related insurance which covers Covid-19.
    • Once customer gives a consent for us to proceed with the insurance purchase, price displayed for the same is immediately added to the final payment required from the applicant.
    • As soon as we receive this payment towards Travel insurance, we commence your order and the information is passed to the insurance supplier (third party).
    • Govisadubai shall ensure that your insurance is ready and dispatched along with the visa copy before your travel date.
    • Applicant must ensure that before applying for the visa with us, they should not have applied somewhere else. Otherwise, immigration shall stop the processing and the fees will still be applicable.
    • Govisadubai.com does not issue visas and is not affiliated to or part of any official or government body.
    • Govisadubai.com may ask for additional documents once your UAE visa is approved, for the record maintenance purpose, which will include – Return Air-ticket, Hotel or stay details at Dubai.
    • Being your sponsor, we may or may not ask you for the security amount to be deposited prior to your travel to UAE.
    • Applications for Visa and all other related services may be made on the official UAE government’s visa website.
    • The pricing or services in this website are in keeping with the current standards for a given service. No reforms will be made on the pricing as stated on this website on the behest of an applicant.
    • If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by Govisadubai.com, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.
    • All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
    • In certain cases, visa fee includes any 3rd party charges such as bank transaction charges levied by the UAE Government.
    • Bookings will be confirmed only and only after receiving the complete payment. Payments are accepted in USD only.
    • In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified event/activity, in the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.
    • Our service is deemed fulfilled once Govisadubai.com has checked your online submission, submitted your application and booked your stay.
    • Every applicant is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirements stated by the UAE Government.
    • You may receive refunds in cases where Govisadubai.com is unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.
    • Usually, the refund is processed immediately as the order is cancelled. However, it may take 2 weeks for the customer to receive the money into the account which is used initially to place an order.
    • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will also be accepted for payment.
    • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
    • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
    • We as a service provider do offer express services to process your application on priority with an additional price. It’s an optional service, available on request. Timeline for the fulfilment shall be shared with the applicant at the time of customer opting it.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
